- Ownership of the vessel shall transfer to the auction winner upon full payment and execution of all required transfer documents. The auction winner is responsible for any registration, titling, documentation, taxes, fees, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to the transfer of title.
- Purchaser is responsible for all logistics, permits, insurance, and transportation of the vessel after purchase.
