After building an acclaimed career in some of the world’s finest kitchens, he returned to his home state of Minnesota in 2014 to found Soigné Hospitality Group, the collection behind celebrated restaurants including Spoon and Stable, Demi, Bellecour, and Mara. Recognized for pairing refined technique with genuine hospitality, Kaysen has become a leading voice in modern American dining while mentoring the next generation of culinary talent.

His influence extends well beyond the kitchen. Kaysen serves as President of Team USA for the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition and is the co-founder of KZ ProVisioning alongside Chef Andrew Zimmern.
