Culinary creativity has met its match at the hands of Chef Nathan Rich, an innovator known for his dining experiences at the 300-acre Twin Farms country estate in Vermont. A former recipient of the Relais & Châteaux Rising Chef Trophy who is known for highlighting the origins of his dishes, Rich’s lunch menu at Principessa Ristorante will showcase the finest in locally sourced ingredients – and Rich’s signature light, fresh, and clean cuisine.
