In Conversations with Winemakers: Blind Tasting

Time & Location: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm | Addison Ballroom West

Put your palate to the test. Guests will break into six intimate tasting groups, each paired with a winemaker guide, for a friendly competition in blind tasting. Elizabeth Vianna of Chimney Rock Winery kicks off the afternoon with an introduction to the format and the winemakers joining the tables. Each group will then work through six wines together—tasting, discussing, and attempting to identify each varietal with the help of their assigned expert. At the end of the tasting, the wines are revealed with each winemaker offering a brief overview before we crown the group with the sharpest wine knowledge of the day.
