This special dinner celebrates the next generation of winemakers stepping into—and building upon—the legacies their families have spent decades crafting. Representing some of the valley’s most storied names, these young vintners bring fresh perspective and deep roots to the table in equal measure.

Reflecting the evening’s theme of generational stewardship, the menu will be presented by Chef Gilles Dudognon, Owner and Executive Chef of La Chapelle Saint-Martin, a celebrated Relais & Châteaux property in France, alongside his son, Henri. Together, they bring their own family story to the table, pairing Michelin-starred cuisine rooted in regional terroir with a shared passion for carrying tradition forward.
