Hosted at the Top of the Tower, this experience will highlight a series of limited wines – coveted additions to any oenophile’s collection. Each pour will be paired with haute French dishes crafted by Chef Nicolas Costagliola, Executive Chef of Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, where he carries forward Chef Guy Savoy’s celebrated culinary vision at the two-Michelin-starred institution. Expect nothing but the best, including the opportunity to bid on select micro-lot wines, a privilege rarely offered to the public.
Premiere Napa Valley wines rank among the rarest and most sought-after in the world. Each year, the region’s most acclaimed winemakers craft exceptionally limited releases – sometimes just 240, 120, or as few as 60 bottles – of a one-of-a-kind wine. Offered exclusively at auction every February to select restaurants and retailers, these remarkable bottles eventually make their way to discerning collectors and enthusiasts.
At this dinner, guests will enjoy an extraordinary preview: tasting barrel samples destined for the February 2026 auction, alongside finished Premiere Napa Valley wines. It is a rare privilege to experience so many elusive and exceptional wines in one unforgettable evening.
