Back by popular demand, Chef Taek Lee takes his much-talked about appearance at last year’s Tasting Pavilion into new heights with a dedicated lunch at Japanese Bocce Club for Artisans of Wine & Food’s second installment. The chef and founder of Fort Lauderdale-based Takato restaurant will meld the delicate nature of Japanese flavors and the bold approach of Korean fare. Journey alongside Chef Lee as he prepares a multi-course sensorial experience highlighted by fresh, seasonal ingredients – and a dose of Far East hospitality.
