Weekend Passes include access to exclusive events: Artisans Toast and Burgers & Barrels. Also included is Artisans of Wine & Food Charity Gala & Wine Auction, and Artisans Brunch, along with VIP early access to the Tasting Pavilion.
A selection must be made for Vintner-Hosted Dinner, Daytime Pursuit, and Winemaker Series to fill out your customizable weekend. These selections will be made at checkout.

Lunch options for both Friday and Saturday are offered à la carte only and must be purchased separately if the guest also wishes to attend one.

Artisans Toast & Burgers & Barrels are not offered a la carte, and can only be experienced by Weekend Pass Holders.
Associates of The Boca Raton and Artisans of Wine & Food will not be able to make ticket reservations for attendees. Attendees will need to reserve their own tickets and pay with a credit card. Associates are available for any questions during the purchasing process.
Yes, the event is open to the public, and we encourage you to invite friends, family, and colleagues. Club members and past attendees will enjoy early access to purchasing Weekend Passes before sales become available to the public.
No, there is only one price option for all.
Resort rooms are not included in the ticket price. However, Club members are welcome to use their 20% off member discount for hotel stays over the weekend.
The event will be resort casual overall, while the Friday Dinners & Saturday evening gala and auction will require elegant attire. Throughout the weekend, events will take place both indoors and outdoors.
Dress Code: Event attendees are required to wear proper attire to the event. No cover-ups or flip-flops will be permitted, and the event organizer reserves the right to deny admission to the event in its sole and absolute discretion. Such denial of entry will not entitle the ticket holder to any recourse against the event organizer for refund of the ticket price or otherwise.
Resort Casual: Smart casual attire permitted, swimwear and cover-ups not permitted.
Resort Elegant: Evening attire required. For gentlemen, collared shirts and trousers, jackets preferred. Equivalent attire for ladies includes dresses and skirts. Flip Flops are not permitted.
No, Seating arrangements will be open except for the Saturday Night Gala. The Gala will have assigned seating, and seating requests will not be accepted.
Valet parking is included in the ticket price.
All tickets for the event(s) are nonrefundable.
You may purchase wines by communicating directly with the wineries at the event.
It would be best practice to do so, so that they can refer back to their purchase. If a purchaser has forgotten or misplaced their selection for the Weekend Pass, they can log into their “SquadUp” account to view their choices. Ticket purchasers can easily sign up and log in to SquadUp. To access “My Tickets,” simply use the login details created during the ticket purchase, or visit SquadUp My Tickets. If you need assistance, you can use the email associated with the ticket purchased and submit a request for a password reset.
