As President of Diamond Creek Vineyards, Nicole Carter oversees every facet of the historic Napa Valley estate—from winemaking and vineyard stewardship to global sales, marketing, and strategy. With more than two decades of experience in the Sonoma and Napa wine regions, she brings a rare blend of expertise in viticulture, enology, brand building, and international markets. Nicole is a Certified Specialist of Wine and holds advanced certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and the Culinary Institute of America Wine School.

Founded in 1968 by visionaries Al and Boots Brounstein, Diamond Creek was the first California estate dedicated exclusively to single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, under the ownership of Maison Louis Roederer in France, Nicole continues this legacy of terroir-driven excellence, crafting wines revered by collectors worldwide. Guided by a philosophy of land stewardship and uncompromising quality, she ensures that Diamond Creek remains a benchmark for mountain-grown Cabernet in Napa Valley.
