Raised on her family’s vineyard, Paula grew up surrounded by the rhythms of wine country hospitality, where her parents welcomed friends and guests with great food, good wine, and lively conversation.

With more than 30 years in the wine industry, Paula has consulted for leading brands across Napa and Sonoma through her Kornell Wine Company, while serving in key leadership roles for the Napa Valley Vintners and Auction Napa Valley. Her approach to winemaking and entertaining reflects her roots: warm, welcoming, and deeply connected to the land. At home in Napa, she cultivates a life rich in the valley’s bounty—pouring each glass as a celebration of tradition, community, and the joy of sharing wine.
