Set against the oceanfront backdrop of Marisol at The Boca Raton, this intimate vintner-hosted dinner brings together the celebrated wines of Colgin Cellars and the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Sami Bourmeche will create a thoughtfully composed menu inspired by the sun-drenched flavors, designed to complement the depth, freshness, and distinctive character of Colgin’s highly sought-after Napa Valley wines.

Founded by Ann Colgin in 1992, Colgin Cellars is renowned for wines that express the distinctive character of the winery’s unique hillside sites. This special evening will explore the vineyards she has cultivated for more than three decades, from the historic “Tychson Hill” and dramatic slopes of “Cariad” to the elevated volcanic soils of “IX Estate.” With each bottling represented, the evening will offer a rare perspective on these three distinct sites and Colgin Cellars’ pursuit of crafting wines defined by perfume, freshness, and minerality.
