Led by Chef Trevor Iaconis of Blackberry Farm, whose culinary journey began in his Italian family’s kitchen and evolved through formal training at The Culinary Institute of America. This special evening highlights his passion for bold, wellness-minded cuisine. This evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtful multi-course menu that showcases Trevor’s distinctive approach and the vibrant flavors of the season.

During this dinner, bid on magnums of wine provided by each participating vintner through a silent auction.
