The dinner will be prepared by Chef Hugo Souchet of Les Prés d’Eugénie, the legendary culinary destination with three Michelin stars founded by Michel Guérard. Having spent two years working side by side with Guérard, mastering and refining the chef’s iconic recipes, Souchet now carries forward one of France’s most celebrated culinary legacies. His cuisine honors tradition while embracing creativity, resulting in a dining experience that reflects the artistry, precision, and soul of French gastronomy.
